  • Where can I find the status of my order as well as the invoice for it?

The status of your order can be found under the order tab of your profile page. The invoice can also be located there as well as within the package of the order. 

  • How do I return my order and how long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once you have requested a return and ship out the return to Gu Fashion. As soon as the return have been receive which you can find from the tracking of the shipment, the refund will be issue immediately and it will take 3-5 days to reflect on your account.

  • Can I edit my order or cancel it?

To cancel your order, reach out to support directly through chat, or our contacts and we will help you cancel it immediately. You can also do the same for any edit inquiries.

  • How can I exchange my order?

To exchange, you can reach out to support directly through chat or email and request an exchange for the items that you would like. If there is a difference in cost of the exchange, you will be charge or refunded to the same payment method of the original order. 

Gu Fashion will help you obtain the shipping label for you to send back the original item to us, the item must be received for no further charges.
